Air cushion packaging, also known as pillow film, is an excellent option for void fill inside cartons, cases and cardboard boxes. This is a great solution for awkward sized packages. Air cushion packaging can also be used as a form of interleaving to ensure your items are well protected. Air cushion machines are also called air cushion film machines, air pillow machines and air pillow film machines. It can inflate all types of lightweight pillow film.
Wonsmart air blowers for Air cushioning machine have different air pressure and air flow types. High pressure blowers up to 200kpa (30psi) which we call a small air compressor can be used in air cushioning machines for air column to protect glass bottles. Middle pressure blowers WS145110 around 30kpa (4.5psi) can let air cushion machines inflate calabash film with hard surface. Low pressure blowers WS7040 around 7kpa (1.1psi) can pump air through air cushion machines to inflate bread shaped bag film with soft surface. All these blowers ,with enough airflow, also permit the air cushion machine to inflate fast and ensure the film can be fully inflated.
Generally, our electric mini air blowers assembled with brushless motors used in air cushion machines are 24vdc power voltage supplied from the machine. If your power supply output from your main board to our blowers in your machine is 48vdc, we can also change our blower voltage to 48vdc accordingly.
Our dc brushless mini air blower driver boards for these blowers are with standard functions of speed regulation and output speed pulse to mate the film rolling speed and at the same time to detect blower running speed. We only need 0~5v speed voltage output from the mainboard of the air cushion machine . Wonsmart also can develop the whole mainboard according to customer’s requirements.
